If you did, thennnn I've helped quite a few people with torrenting problems, they happen and it's no big deal. Is this your latest EP? Like for instance, do you have Seasons (or another -later-than-pets EP/Stuff pack?), then did you decide to go get Pets, and then crack for pets? If this is what you did, you need to go back and replace the pets crack with your latest Expansion or Stuff Pack's crack! It doesn't matter if it's legit or not, if you crack for an older EP than the latest one you have, this will give you a disc read error. package file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages\ folder the same place where your NoBuildSparkles.package and nointro.package mods are. If your latest version is a purchased copy, you will have to uninstall the legit copy and reinstall it to overwrite the wrong crack. If you want to delete any mod, you can simply delete the related. If its another torrented copy, you will just have to go and grab the crack from that folder you downloaded to replace the pets one.Īlso you must make sure you are putting the crack in the correct folder as randiftw already said. NO MODS FOLDER SIMS 3 GAMES4THEWORLD CRACK.
I hope I put it in the right format for you: Here's the more detailed report of my specs. I've tried that too I've tried several combinations of most of the suggestions that I listed. Have you tried uninstalling, cleaning the registry and then reinstalling, in that order? It sounds like you have, but I just want to double-check.
Check the link in my previous post for how to post your specs. I finally fixed it by checking this forum thread, and following it EXACTLY as it says: If anyone has any tips BESIDES the ones I've already tried, I would be more than grateful to try them.
I've tried everything for the past week and I am seriously going to give up at this point. If I have to play with nothing but the base game I will, but I'd like to have the expansion packs to use and not just lay around.
I've found that when I have only the base game installed, the game works fine, but when I install just one expansion pack, the error shows up again. I've also tried all of the suggestions in the following forum threads (including but not limited to): Uninstalling and reinstalling (multiple times) I've tried (including but not limited to): This happened about a week ago (if I remember correctly), and I still haven't been able to play since then. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything, but to no avail. I had Sims 3 and all the expansions packs installed and working fine on my computer, but when I tried installing (what I think was) High End stuff, that's when I started getting the said error.
